Boxing Weight Classes are as confusing as they are important.  Getting your weight right for the fight is much harder to do than one might think.  And, being in the right class is only important if you want to win.  Boxing Weight Classes female is much different than male weight classes. Boxing Weight Classes in pounds for the American fighter and weight classes for the rest of the world is different.

A boxing weight classes list is published by the boxing authorities.  There are many different boxing workouts that a boxing manager can recommend.  Boxing weight class champions know this all too well.  Manny Pacquiao is a perfect example of a champ that is properly coached.

These historic contests had no models; they continued until 1 man either acknowledged defeat by supporting a finger or was not able to continue. Clinching (keeping an opponent at near quarters with one or even both arms) had been strictly forbidden.
